Uplift At Work is a four-session virtual leadership training program grounded in research from the University of Oxford, designed to give managers and leaders the tools they need to build healthier, higher-performing teams.
Co-developed by a clinical mental health expert and a seasoned business strategist, Uplift uniquely bridges the gap between workplace wellness and business performance. Each weekly session builds on the last, giving participants time to apply what they've learned before coming back for more.
